Our product pages display up-to-date and accurate lead times and availability. Many products include instant Quantity Discounts, which are applied automatically in the Shopping Cart.
Are your products in-stock and ready to ship?
All of our Hand Sanitizer is in-stock and ships out within 24-hours of an order being placed. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We will forward tracking information as soon as your package ships.
All of our Wipe Dispensers are made to order by talented craftspeople in the USA. To meet demand, our factories are operating at maximum capacity – producing hundreds of high-quality dispensers daily.
All Wipe Rolls are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the chemical nature of the products. Disinfecting Wipe Dispensers are not subject to return, exchange, or cancellation. Our dispensers are compatible with most center-pull, bagged wipe rolls 9" in diameter or less. All of our Wipe Dispensers, with the exception of the Stainless Steel Sanitizing Wipe Dispenser, are shipped with one free 900-sheet roll of wipes.

The average lead time on our recycling bins and trash cans is 10 to 15 business days.
How do I install the wipes?

Can I reorder more wipes?
Most of our wipes dispensers include one free roll of antibacterial wipes Due to world-wide disruptions in the chemical supply chain, our refill wipes are currently on backorder. As soon as additional supplies come into our inventory, we will notify all of customers via email. Once the wipes come back in-stock, lead time on orders to ship out will be 1 to 2 business days.

What is the status of my order?
Within 24-hours of placing your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email with an estimated Shipping lead time. Once your order is shipped, we will email you Tracking Information.
Where are the products manufactured?
All of our products are Made in North America*, in factories that are fully-operational essential businesses. (*except for FinBin products, which are produced by our good friends in Finland).
What is the fastest way to order?

Do you accept purchase orders?

When will I receive the quote I requested?
You will receive an emailed quote within 24 to 48 hours. Your quote will contain information on quantity discounts, freight charges and estimated lead times. If you do not receive your quote within that time frame, please check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected] and we will resend immediately.
